Most couples reach out and book for their wedding about 12-16 months in advance.
04/ How far in advance should we book?
Since your engagement session is complementary, I can not put it towards the wedding day hours/payment. I do always recommend doing the session, so we can work together before the big day and get to know each other even more!
03/ Engagement session not needed/wanted?
My turnaround time for weddings is 8-10 weeks, and 2-4 weeks for all other portrait and branding sessions.
02/ What is your turnaround time?
For weddings, a standard 9 hour day typically ranges from 700-1000 edited photos. Portrait & engagement sessions yield approximately 40-50 edited photos per hour of shooting time.

05/ Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I am always traveling and would love to photograph you in your favorite place. Travel fees vary depending on location and time of year, but I will work with you to come up with the best possible plan to keep costs reasonable. Here's a secret tip: if your wedding has 50 guests or less (aka a micro wedding), and if you're getting married somewhere remote and beautiful that I've never been, I just might offer to cover some of the travel costs myself.
06/ How do payments work?
The retainer amount for a wedding is 30% of the total collection amount. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding day. For all other portrait and branding sessions, l ask for 50% of the session fee as a down payment to hold the date, and the other half is due the 2 days before your session.
