First things first, let's connect! Once you fill out my inquiry form, I'll read all about your love story (my favorite part) and reach out to you to schedule a discovery call. What are you waiting for? Let's get this party started!
01. Inquiry
Our scheduled discovery call can be either over phone, or via video call; whichever you are most comfortable with! During this time we'll get an initial feel for how you want your wedding day to look and feel, if we're a good fit, and I can answer any initial questions you may have.
02. Discovery Call
I'm your girl, and you're ready to move forward - YAY! We'll finalize the details and sign a contract to secure your wedding date, and once the 30% deposit is paid your wedding date is reserved exclusively for you!
03. Booking
Once your date is officially reserved, I'll send over a few goodies and resources to help you prepare for the big day. I will also send over a questionnaire about a month before your wedding to get specifics. Next up, Let's get you married!
04. Plan & Prep
Your day has arrived! You can relax and enjoy the moment while I work behind the scenes to document every aspect of your wedding day. From getting ready to the ceremony, reception, and everything in between, I'll be there to capture the memories as they unfold.
05. Wedding Day
My turnaround for full wedding galleries is 8-10 weeks - but I will provide sneak peeks before that time (because lets be real, you want to see your beautiful photos asap!) All photos will be delivered in a private, easy to use gallery that you can view together and share with family & friends.

I could not possibly recommend Sylvia more! She is such a dang ray of sunshine who keeps me laughing throughout our sessions together which makes for the best, most genuine smiles/laughs in the photos. As someone who is not very comfortable in front of a lens, I can honestly say she makes it so fun and easy. Her photos all look natural and not “posed” which I personally love. She puts in time to get to know your vision, researches ideas, and then clearly articulates what you should do to achieve it. She loves what she does and her stunning work reflects that!

For weddings, a standard 9 hour day typically ranges from 700-1000 edited photos. Portrait & engagement sessions yield approximately 40-50 edited photos per hour of shooting time. Your photos will be delivered in a private online gallery with full downloading, sharing and printing rights.
My turnaround time for weddings is 8-10 weeks, and 2-4 weeks for all other portrait and branding sessions.
Yes! I am always traveling and would love to photograph you in your favorite place.
Travel fees vary depending on location and time of year, but I will work with you to come up with the best possible plan to keep costs reasonable. Here's a secret tip: if your wedding has 50 guests or less (aka a micro wedding), and if you're getting married somewhere remote and beautiful that I've never been, I just might offer to cover some of the travel costs myself.
Since your engagement session is complementary, I can not put it towards the wedding day hours/payment. I do always recommend doing the session, so we can work together before the big day and get to know each other even more!
